How to redeem
- Use the genuine national LEGO Gift Card number and PIN in the gift-card payment fields on the supported LEGO.com site; apply the card before completing payment.
- Keep any unused balance on the same card credential for a later eligible purchase. If the basket exceeds the balance, another valid payment method is required; partial invoice payment and combining with PayPal are excluded.
- For the telephone route described in the national FAQ, provide the 19-digit number and PIN to LEGO Customer Service. The local store exclusions still apply.
Which Lego card should I buy?
Buy the card for the LEGO.com country where the recipient orders: a UK card also covers Ireland and a Swedish card also covers Denmark, but a German card will not pay on LEGO.com France. The balance is issued in the currency of the buying country; where a card covers two countries (UK and Ireland, Sweden and Denmark), LEGO converts at a market rate and keeps any remainder in the card's original currency.
Choose an online contribution in Italian euros
The Italian gift form accepts amounts from EUR 10 to EUR 400 in increments of EUR 5. A contribution of EUR 115 is consistent with that input, whereas EUR 116 falls outside its stated increment. This describes the electronic purchase view, not a discovered stock list or a promise that this service has a card at that amount. The form also offers a physical presentation tab. Whether a gift arrives on paper or electronically should not be confused with the channels in which the Italian programme can actually be spent.
A physical card does not create store acceptance
Italy’s FAQ is particularly explicit: these gifts cannot be used in any LEGO Store in Italy. The named redemption routes are LEGO.com and telephone orders in Italy. This is materially different from a programme that includes participating stores, so a giver should not plan a shopping-centre visit on the strength of a familiar logo. The same exclusion list includes LEGOLAND, Discovery Centres and third-party retailers. Someone who wants to buy at one particular physical shop needs a payment method that the shop itself actually accepts.
The Italian issue is a national programme
The detailed terms identify LEGO System A/S as the issuer of the Italian online gifts, denominated in euros for use only in Italy. Likewise, the card is not a general-purpose euro wallet or a right to buy from any website selling construction toys. Before choosing the contribution, make sure the recipient wants to use the named Italian LEGO route. A product seen at another merchant does not bring that merchant’s price, loyalty offer or delivery terms into the gift programme.
Use the number and PIN for the supported route
Online redemption uses the gift-card payment choice followed by the genuine card number and PIN. For the phone route, Customer Service asks for the 19-digit number and PIN. These details identify the same funds over repeated eligible purchases. A recipient should keep them safely after the first order, even when a printout has served its purpose as a gift presentation. Sending or printing another copy of an electronic message is another way to access the original credential, rather than a new card with another allocation of euros.
Keep any residue for another eligible order
Suppose a genuine EUR 90 gift pays an eligible same-currency purchase costing EUR 73. The arithmetic leaves EUR 17 on the existing gift account. That is an illustrative subtraction, not an advertised set price or available card denomination. The number and PIN can be used again to access remaining value. If the basket instead exceeds the gift, the recipient needs another supported payment method. The FAQ excludes using the gift together with PayPal and does not accept partial payment by invoice, so the shortfall method deserves attention before committing to a basket.
Several gifts can contribute without becoming one new gift
The national FAQ allows as many as three gifts for a single online or telephone order. That is useful when more than one person contributes toward a recipient’s choice, but it is a payment-count permission rather than proof of a merging service. Adding two balances on paper does not create a separately issued gift at the total. Keep each credential available for the payment process and retain any remainder on its own account. The maximum input of EUR 400, the three-card count and the merchandise order value are distinct figures.
Validity is not a deadline for choosing a model
The Italian FAQ states that residual value does not expire except in legally prescribed cases, and the detailed rules state that the gift and unused portions have no expiration date. The FAQ also excludes card fees. These provisions do not reserve a product or lock in today’s retail price. They allow the contribution to be considered separately from the timing of the eventual merchandise decision. Insiders points are not earned when buying the gift; eligible product spending with it may earn points under the loyalty rules instead.
A product return is different from returning the gift
For merchandise bought with gift funds, the Italian FAQ says the refund is issued as a LEGO gift card. A person funding a specific model should consider whether retaining LEGO credit would suit the recipient if that later model is returned. Keep the purchase and merchandise information separate, because each identifies a different transaction. The programme description also cannot certify the activation, unused value or legitimate origin of a particular code offered elsewhere.
Lego Italy: questions
Can I buy a Lego gift card for Italy with Bitcoin or USDT?
Yes. Lego Italy comes in €10–€400 (about US$11.24–US$449.51); you pay that face value in Bitcoin or USDT (USDC, ETH, SOL and LTC work too).
Does a Lego Italy code work in another country?
Italian LEGO cards work on LEGO.com and for phone orders in Italy, but not in any LEGO Store in Italy. Buy the card for the country and currency of the account that will redeem it.
Do Lego Italy gift cards expire?
LEGO gift cards and e-Gift Cards do not expire and carry no fees, except where the law requires otherwise.
How do I redeem a Lego code from Italy?
Sign in to the Lego account and enter the code at lego.com: Use the genuine national LEGO Gift Card number and PIN in the gift-card payment fields on the supported LEGO.com site; apply the card before completing payment.
More questions about this card
Can I use this Italian gift in an Italian LEGO Store?
The national FAQ explicitly excludes every LEGO Store in Italy. Supported routes are LEGO.com and telephone orders in Italy.
Why does the form show a physical-card tab?
Presentation and redemption scope are different. A physical option on the website does not override the Italian store exclusion.
Will the money buy a fixed number of sets?
No. It is a monetary contribution, not an entitlement to a named model or a fixed number of items. Prices and the eligible basket are separate.
