Redeem a Nike gift card step by step
Shop on the matching site
Fill your bag on the Nike.com site or app for the card's region. US cards need the US site; European cards need a European country site.
Open Payment
At checkout, select "Do you have a gift card, product voucher, or promo code?" in the Payment section.
Enter the card number
Type the number into the Voucher Number box. The PIN box only appears after the number is entered.
Add the PIN and apply
Enter the PIN and select Apply. The card balance is deducted from the order total.
In the app
Tap Payment, then Add New Payment Method, then Add Nike Gift Card. Enter number and PIN, confirm, and select Continue.
Does a Nike gift card sit on my account or pay at checkout?
It pays at checkout. Nike treats the card as a payment method on each order, so keep the number and PIN until the balance runs out. Nike's European terms say any unused balance carries over for future purchases.
You can stack up to 10 gift cards on one order. If they do not cover the total, pay the difference with any accepted payment method. For a digital card, open the delivery email and select "View My Gift Card" to see the balance, number and PIN after verifying your email. A gift card cannot buy another Nike gift card.
Will my Nike gift card work in another country?
Only inside its own region. US cards are redeemable on Nike.com, Converse.com, select Nike apps and Nike or Converse stores in the US and Puerto Rico.
European cards are issued by Nike Retail B.V. in the Netherlands. They redeem online in 19 countries, including the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Poland and Sweden. In stores, acceptance varies, so check the Services section of the store locator first. Brazilian cards stay on nike.com.br and Nike BR stores. Norway, Switzerland and Türkiye use store-only physical cards in local currency.
What if my Nike code does not work?
Start with the order of entry. Nike's help page notes that the PIN field stays hidden until you type the card number.
If the balance shows zero but you never spent it, the fix depends on where the card came from. Cards bought from a Nike store, Nike.com or the Nike app go to Nike. Gifts or cards from another retailer go back to the giver or that retailer. A US card will also fail on a European checkout, and the reverse.

Do Nike gift cards expire?
No. Nike's US and European terms both say the card has no expiry date. Brazilian Cartão Presente cards are different and stay valid for one year from purchase.
Can Nike replace a lost gift card?
Yes, in Europe, with proof of purchase. Nike can cancel a lost or stolen card and reissue the amount left at cancellation. It has no duty to replace damaged cards.
What is the most a European Nike card can hold?
€500. The non-euro caps are £500, PLN 2,000, DKK 4,000 and SEK 5,000, and physical cards can be topped up within those limits.
Can I buy a Nike gift card with crypto?
