The terms do not promise acceptance at every independent sports retailer or partnered shop carrying Nike merchandise. An unused balance can wait without an expiry date
The UK gift-card policy states that the card has no expiry date. Credit left after a purchase can therefore remain for future spending, subject to the programme’s other rules. The amount to cover includes the products and any applicable VAT or delivery charge. Nike says gift-card value is reduced immediately following purchase, while a credit card or PayPal contribution is charged when the goods are dispatched. Separate a Nike-direct withdrawal from a shop return
Part A gives an unused card bought on a Nike-owned platform a fourteen-working-day withdrawal period measured from receipt. It requires a clear notice and purchase proof, with a refund to the original payment method. A card purchased in a physical Nike store is nonreturnable even if unused. Cards bought through a third party follow that seller’s purchase terms instead of Part A. These distinctions concern buying the gift card itself; returning clothing or footwear bought with the balance is a different process.
