Quick answer
Shop on LEGO.com for your card's country and choose Gift Card at payment. Enter the 19-digit number and 4-digit PIN, then click Apply. Any leftover value stays on the card for your next order. Each card works only in its issuing country: a UK card also covers Ireland, and a Swedish card also covers Denmark. Details sit at lego.com/en-gb/gift-cards.
Redeem a LEGO gift card step by step
Open the matching LEGO.com
Go to LEGO.com for the country on your card. A German card pays only on LEGO.com Germany, by phone there or in German LEGO Stores.
Reach the payment page
Add your sets to the bag, check out and continue to payment. Select Gift Card as the payment method.
Type the number and PIN
Enter the 19-digit card number and the 4-digit PIN. On a plastic card, the PIN hides under the silver scratch-off area on the back.
Click Apply
Press Apply before you place the order. LEGO states the card will not be applied if you skip this button.
Cover any difference
If the order costs more than the balance, pay the rest with another valid method. PayPal and invoice cannot share an order with a LEGO gift card.
Does LEGO store the balance on my account?
No. The value lives on the card, not in your LEGO account. After a partial payment, LEGO places the remainder in a gift card account reached with the same 19-digit number and PIN.
Check what is left any time on LEGO's balance page: enter the number and PIN, then click Submit. Any LEGO Store can also read the balance for you.
Will my LEGO card work in another country?
Only in the country it was issued for. UK cards cover LEGO.com and LEGO Stores in the UK and Ireland, and Swedish cards cover Sweden and Denmark. You pay in the currency of the country where you redeem, while any remainder stays in the card's original currency.
Store rules differ too. Australian e-Gift Cards are for LEGO.com and phone orders only. No LEGO card pays at LEGOLAND parks, LEGOLAND Discovery Centres or other toy retailers.
What if my LEGO gift card does not work?
Three things trip up most LEGO redemptions.
- Apply not pressed: LEGO ignores the card unless you click Apply on the payment page.
- Wrong LEGO.com: a French card fails on LEGO.com Germany. Switch to the country of issue.
- PayPal chosen: remove PayPal or invoice, because neither combines with a gift card.
For anything else, reach LEGO Customer Service, or call 0800 066 8536 in the UK. For a LEGO code bought from us, write to [email protected] and quote your order number.
Frequently asked questions
Do LEGO gift cards expire?
No. LEGO gift cards and e-Gift Cards have no expiry date and no fees, except where local law requires otherwise. The value stays usable until you spend it.
How many LEGO gift cards can I use on one order?
Up to three. LEGO accepts three gift cards per order on LEGO.com, in LEGO Stores and on phone orders.
Can I spend a LEGO e-Gift Card in a LEGO Store?
Yes, in most countries. Show the e-Gift Card image to the sales associate at the till. French and Spanish cards are refused in LEGO Certified Stores, and Italian cards work in no LEGO Store at all.
How do I buy a LEGO gift card with crypto here?
Pick a country version, such as a UK LEGO card or a US LEGO card. You pay its face value in BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL or LTC. Orders up to US$1,000 need no KYC, and the card details reach your account within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
