How to redeem a Deliveroo gift card

Do I add Deliveroo credit to my account or at checkout?

Both routes work, and both end with credit on your account. The UK terms describe entering the code at checkout when you place your next order. The Vouchers and credit route loads it in advance. On Deliveroo Belgium's website, the field sits under Your account, Details, then Vouchers and credit.

When you select credit, Deliveroo applies all available credit to that order. If the food costs less, the remainder stays available for future purchases. If it costs more, you pay the rest with another accepted payment method. French terms add that the gap cannot be paid in cash.

Can I use a UK Deliveroo gift card in France or the UAE?

No. Each card is issued for one country's Deliveroo service. UK cards buy menu items only on deliveroo.co.uk or the UK app. Italian cards work only through Deliveroo in Italy, where the value shows under Credito e Voucher. UAE e-gift cards redeem on deliveroo.ae or in the Deliveroo app. Pick the version that matches the delivery address, such as the Deliveroo UAE gift card for orders in the Emirates.

What if my Deliveroo code does not work?

Start with the country: a card only redeems on the Deliveroo service it was issued for. Next, check the expiry date in the delivery email, because unspent credit is cancelled once it passes. Deliveroo's app flow asks you to paste the code, which avoids typing slips.

Deliveroo will not replace a lost, stolen or destroyed card. Once credited, the value is non-refundable and stays on that account. For UK redemption problems, the gift card terms point to [email protected]. French customers use Deliveroo's contact page. Codes bought from us are handled at [email protected], so include your order number.
