How to redeem

Confirm the card country TH and THB currency match the intended Google Play account and local eligibility.
Use only a legitimate Thai card purchased before the 1 August 2021 sales cutoff.
Open play.google.com/redeem while signed into the intended account, enter the code and choose Redeem.
Review the account that will receive the balance before selecting Confirm.
Keep the code private. Digital-code length may differ from a typical sixteen-character physical-card code.

Which Google Play card should I buy?

Buy the card for the country set in the recipient's Google Play account, in that country's currency (USD for the US and Puerto Rico, GBP for the UK, EUR for Germany or France). Changing Play country requires living there and a local payment method. Google Play balance is held in the currency of the account's Play country, and a card bought for another country and currency cannot be redeemed there or converted.
