Etam gift cards: questions
Can I use two Etam e-gift cards on one online order?
No. Etam's terms do not allow several e-gift cards to pay for the same purchase on its website. Use one card per online order and pay any difference with a bank card, PayPal or Lydia. Order an Etam card for France in the value that covers the whole basket.
Does an Etam gift card from France work in Belgium?
No. Etam's French terms list only Etam stores in mainland France and Corsica plus etam.com as places to spend the card. For a recipient who shops in Belgium, choose the Etam Belgium card instead, also sold in euros and paid with crypto.
What happens if I return an item paid with an Etam gift card?
You get a new gift card, not cash. Etam's terms say returns of items paid by gift card are refunded as an e-gift card sent to the order's email address. In store, you get an exchange or a new card. Pay for your card with Litecoin, BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH or SOL.
