Use a VERO MODA gift card online
Open checkout
Add dresses, knitwear or denim to your basket on veromoda.com and proceed to checkout.
Select 'Gift Card'
In the payment step, choose 'Gift Card' from the list of methods.
Type both codes
Enter the card number and the control code. They are in the emailed PDF, or on the back of a physical card. Click 'Apply'.
Pay the remainder
If the balance does not cover the basket, settle the rest with PayPal or a credit card.
Finish on the last step
Vero Moda notes the reduced total may only appear at the final checkout step. Place the order from there.
Does a VERO MODA gift card work outside its country?
Often, yes. Each card keeps the currency of the country where it was bought and activated, and BESTSELLER's country terms let it travel.
- Austria: valid at participating Austrian retailers, and redeemable in over 30 more countries such as Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy and the UK. It lasts ten years from purchase and holds up to €250.
- Germany: four years, also redeemable in Austria, the Netherlands, Sweden and the other countries in the German terms.
- Nordics: Norwegian and Swedish cards last four years, Danish cards three.

What happens to my VERO MODA balance after paying or returning?
Only the order total is deducted. Whatever is left stays on the card, not on your account, until the expiry date printed on it. Up to five cards can be combined on one order.
Returns follow the way you paid. If the gift card covered everything, Vero Moda sends a new gift card for the refunded amount. If you also used PayPal or a credit card, that method is refunded first and any rest comes back as a new gift card. German, Austrian, Norwegian and Swedish credit is never paid out in cash.
Why is VERO MODA rejecting my gift card?
The usual causes are simple.
- Klarna selected: Klarna invoice and Klarna account cannot be paired with a gift card.
- Expired card: check the date printed on it before you shop.
- Lost card: it cannot be cancelled or replaced.
For anything else, open the chat icon at the bottom right of veromoda.com. Its virtual assistant runs around the clock and passes you to an agent during opening hours. The Vero Moda contact page also offers a webform answered by email. A card bought in a shop is handled by that shop. Codes ordered from us are supported at [email protected].
Frequently asked questions
How long does an Austrian VERO MODA card last?
Ten years from purchase, against four years for German or Swedish cards. After that the credit expires and cannot be paid out. An Austrian card can be loaded with at most €250.
Can I recharge a VERO MODA gift card?
No. BESTSELLER cards cannot be recharged with credit, and a discount code cannot be applied when buying one. Spend the balance, then buy a new card.
Can I pay for a VERO MODA gift card with crypto?
Yes. An Austrian VERO MODA card costs its euro face value, and a Swedish card its kronor face value. Pay in BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL or LTC. No KYC applies up to US$1,000, and the code reaches your client area within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
