Quick answer
Add products to your basket on rituals.com and choose a delivery time. On the payment page, select 'RITUALS gift card' and enter the 19-digit code and 6-digit PIN; in a Rituals store, pay at the till. The card only works in countries using its purchase currency, so a German euro card also pays in France. Rituals explains it at rituals.com/en-gb/faq/payment.
Redeem a Rituals gift card step by step
Fill your basket
Add products on rituals.com or in the Rituals app, on a country site that uses your card's currency.
Pick a delivery time
Select the delivery time in your basket. The gift card comes in at the final step, not in the basket.
Select RITUALS gift card
On the payment page, step 3, choose the 'RITUALS gift card' option. Never type the card into the discount code field.
Enter code and PIN
Type the 19-digit code, then the 6-digit PIN.
Add a second method if needed
If the balance falls short, or you hold a second card, choose a new payment method for the rest after the first card.
How is a Rituals gift card balance used?
Purchases are deducted from the card's balance until it reaches zero, and leftover amounts stay valid. You can check the balance three ways: the gift card balance checker, any Rituals boutique, or the Rituals app.
Keep the card for 90 days after an order. If you return a product bought with it, Rituals refunds the amount onto that card only, not in cash. Some promotional offers restrict gift card use, and each offer states its own limits.
Where can I use a Rituals gift card?
In countries with the same currency as the purchase country. Redeem it at official Rituals stores, on the Rituals website and app, and at Mind Oasis. Wholesale partners and shop-in-shop counters do not accept it.
A UK card holds pounds, so it will not pay in Ireland, which uses the euro. Swedish, Norwegian and Danish cards stay within their own krona or krone. Cards in Hong Kong dollars work only in Hong Kong.
What if my Rituals gift card does not work?
These are the usual reasons.
- Typed as a discount code: clear it from the basket field and use the 'RITUALS gift card' option at payment.
- Currency mismatch: a euro card fails on the UK site, and a pound card fails on euro sites.
- Shop-in-shop counter: walk to an official Rituals store instead, since shop-in-shop locations are excluded.
- Lost card: Rituals does not honour or replace lost or stolen cards.

Frequently asked questions
Do Rituals gift cards expire?
No. Rituals gift cards have no expiry date, remnant amounts remain valid indefinitely, and Rituals charges no service or dormancy fees.
Can I add a Rituals gift card to the app?
Yes. In the Rituals app, open 'my gift cards' in the menu, fill in the gift card information and add the card. The app then shows its balance.
Can I top up a Rituals gift card?
No. Rituals says additional value cannot be added to a gift card. The only way value returns to a card is a refund for a product bought with it.
How do I get a Rituals gift card with crypto?
Order a German Rituals card for euro shopping or a UK card for pounds, and pay the face value in USDC or another supported coin. Orders up to US$1,000 come without KYC, and you will find the card details in your account within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
