Use panduro.com or kreatima.com in the version for the country where the card was issued: Sweden, Denmark or Norway.
Add craft supplies
The card covers Panduro's whole range of more than 20,000 hobby products.
Enter number and PIN
At checkout, type the gift card number as one block with no spaces, then the PIN shown on the card.
Check the new total
Once the card is activated, its value is deducted from the order total in the checkout.
Pay shipping separately
A gift card cannot pay the shipping fee, so cover it and any remaining amount with another payment method.
Can I spend a Panduro gift card at Kreatima?
Yes. Panduro's terms say the card pays in all Panduro and Kreatima stores and online at panduro.com and kreatima.com. The limit is geographic: a card only works in the country where it was bought, so a Swedish card stays with Swedish stores and sites.
The card can cover a whole purchase or part of it. If you spend less than the balance, the rest stays on the card for next time, and the receipt shows the remaining amount. Online, only one gift card fits per order.
What if my Panduro gift card has no PIN?
Then it cannot be used online. Some older Panduro cards have neither a PIN nor a barcode. Customer Care swaps such a card for a new one loaded with the same remaining value.

- Shipping left unpaid: add another payment method for the shipping fee.
- A second gift card: only one card works per online order, so keep the other for a later purchase.

Can I combine a Panduro gift card with a discount code?
Yes. Panduro's FAQ confirms a discount code works together with a gift card. What you cannot do is stack two discount codes to buy a digital gift card.
Can a Panduro gift card pay for another gift card?
No. Panduro says new gift cards and shipping fees must be paid by card or another method. Its Swedish terms add that gift cards bought in a store are not refunded.
Can I pay for a Panduro gift card with crypto?
Yes. Buy a Swedish card for Panduro and Kreatima in Sweden, or a Danish card for Denmark. Expect the code in your client area within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
