Quick answer
Add outdoor gear to your basket on the Outnorth site where the card was bought. At checkout, type the code into the 'Rabattkod och presentkort' field and click 'Aktivera'. A valid code adds an extra line to the basket. Outnorth explains this at outnorth.com/se/faq/betalning. Cards are valid for one year from issue, and unspent value stays on the card until then.
Redeem an Outnorth code step by step
Choose the right site
Open the Outnorth country site that matches your card's currency, such as outnorth.com/se for kronor or outnorth.com/no for Norwegian kroner.
Fill your basket
Add jackets, boots or camping kit, then go to checkout.
Find the code field
Look for the field labelled 'Rabattkod och presentkort' on the Swedish site. Discount codes and gift cards share it.
Click Aktivera
Type the gift card code and press 'Aktivera'. A valid code adds an extra text line to your basket.
Pay the rest
Choose a payment method for anything the card does not cover, then place the order.
Can I combine an Outnorth gift card with a discount code?
Yes, as long as you enter them one at a time. Outnorth asks you to activate the discount code first, then the gift card. Only one discount code fits per order, unless campaign terms say otherwise.
Several gift cards can pay for the same order too. Activate each one separately in the same field. Note that discount codes never apply to buying a gift card itself, as Outnorth's Norwegian page points out.
What happens to Outnorth gift card value I do not spend?
It waits on the card until the card expires. Outnorth's purchase terms say a card can part-pay an order, and any excess is stored for a later purchase. Cards are valid for one year from issue.
To see what is left, open the 'Presentkort saldo' page and type the gift card number. A gift card cannot pay for new gift cards, and Outnorth may cancel orders that break this rule.
Why does Outnorth reject my gift card code?
One of these is usually the cause.
- Two codes at once: activate the discount code and the gift card separately, never together.
- Expired card: the code stops working one year after issue.
- Gift card in the basket: a gift card cannot buy another gift card.
- No extra basket line: the code was not accepted, so compare it with the email image and retype it.

Frequently asked questions
How is an Outnorth gift card delivered?
As an image attached to an email, sent once Outnorth has received payment. The Norwegian site adds that it goes to the buyer's own address, and the buyer passes it on. It exists only in digital form, though the email can be printed.
How long is an Outnorth gift card valid?
One year from issue. Outnorth's gift card page states 12 months, and its purchase terms say one year. Remaining value can be spent until that date.
Can I return an Outnorth gift card?
Only within 14 days. Outnorth limits open purchase on gift cards to 14 days, while regular products get 30 days.
Can I buy an Outnorth gift card with crypto?
Yes. Our Swedish Outnorth card suits outnorth.com/se, and the Norwegian card suits outnorth.com/no. Each is priced at face value and paid in BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL or LTC. Up to US$1,000 per order needs no KYC, and the code is posted to your client area within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
