Open the right Nelly site
Shop on the Nelly.com country site your card was bought for, for example nelly.com/se for a card in kronor.
Fill your bag
Pick fashion, shoes or accessories from the range and go to checkout.
Enter code and PIN
Type the gift card code, then the PIN. For an e-gift card, both are in the email from Nelly.
See the balance
Adding the card in checkout shows its current balance before you pay.
Pay the rest
If the card does not cover everything, finish with another payment method. Every Nelly payment method works alongside a gift card.
Can I use a Nelly gift card in the Stockholm store?
Yes, if it was bought in Sweden in kronor. Show the gift card code and its PIN to the staff at Nelly Flagship Store, Drottninggatan 50. Cards bought in that store work in Sweden on NELLY.COM, NLYMAN.COM and in the store itself.
There are limits. Nelly cards do not apply in temporary pop-up stores, in the Copenhagen store or in other countries. The Stockholm store is also cashless.
What happens to my Nelly gift card when I return an order?
The money goes back onto the same card. For an online return, Nelly refunds the gift card within one to three bank days after it receives the parcel. A return made in the Flagship Store comes back as a new gift card instead.
Want an exchange? Pay the new order another way first. Once your return is confirmed, Nelly customer service can move the gift card onto the new order and refund the other payment.
What if my Nelly gift card code fails?
Check the details before you contact Nelly.
- PIN missing: for an online card, the PIN sits in the same email as the code. On a physical card, scratch the panel.
- Wrong country site: a card only pays on the Nelly site of the country it was bought for.
- Expired: cards last one year, and the email for an e-gift card shows the date.
- Code lost after a refund: customer service can help you find it.
