Redeem a Holidays gift card step by step
Open the Flight + Hotel tab
On lastminute.com, start from the Flight + Hotel search. The Holidays card is only redeemable on trips found there.
Pick a package paid online
Choose dates, flights and a hotel. Avoid properties where you pay on arrival, since those are excluded.
Go to the payment page
Fill in traveller details and stop at payment, before you confirm the booking.
Enter the code and click Apply
Type the gift card code where indicated and press 'Apply'. The package price drops by the card's value.
Settle the balance
If the package costs more than the card, pay the rest with a valid credit or debit card.
What does a Holidays gift card cover?
Flight + Hotel packages booked on www.lastminute.com, and nothing else. A flight alone or a hotel alone needs the separate Travel gift card.
The Holidays terms also rule out three things:
- services paid to a third party on arrival;
- hotels or houses where you pay directly at the property;
- post-sale services bought once the booking is confirmed, such as extras added later.
The card cannot sit alongside other lastminute.com vouchers issued as a promotion or a refund.
What happens to the credit after my first package?
It waits for the next one. If your package costs less than the card, the remaining credit can pay a new Flight + Hotel booking. You can repeat this until the full value is spent.
The clock runs 12 months from the date of issue. Departure may fall after that date. Book the package before the card expires and the trip itself can come later.
Why won't my Holidays code apply?
Usually one of these.
- Wrong search tab: results from the Flights or Hotels tab will not accept a Holidays card.
- Second voucher: a promotional or refund voucher is already in the booking. Only one gift card fits, alone.
- Booking already confirmed: credit cannot be added afterwards or spent on post-sale extras.
- Expired card: 12 months after issue, the code stops working.

Can I book only a hotel with a Holidays gift card?
No. The Holidays card books Flight + Hotel packages only. For a stand-alone flight or hotel, lastminute.com sells a Travel gift card, which we cover on the Travel card page.
Can the holiday depart after the card expires?
Yes. The terms say the trip departure date can be after the voucher expiry date. You only need to complete the booking within 12 months of issue.
Can I buy a lastminute.com Holidays card with crypto?
Yes. Pick a UK Holidays card for pounds or a French one for euros; the price equals the face value. Settle it in BTC, stablecoins, ETH, SOL or LTC with no KYC up to US$1,000 per order. The voucher code shows up in your account within 24 hours of the payment being confirmed.
