Quick answer
On intimissimi.com, reach the final checkout step, pick your payment method and enter the e-gift card number, or a physical card's number and PIN. Check out with the email address the card was sent to; one card fits per order. In a participating store, show the email and give the PIN. Each card works in its activation country and Italy, while Italian cards cover Italy and Hungary.
Redeem an Intimissimi gift card step by step
Shop in the right country
Use the Intimissimi site or a participating store in the country where the card was activated, or in Italy.
Use the matching email
Enter the same email address the e-gift card was delivered to. The card is ready to use without activation.
Add the card at the final step
After choosing a payment method, type the e-gift card number. For a plastic card, add its PIN too.
Pay any difference
If the balance is lower than the order, cover the rest with another accepted payment method.
Or pay at the till
In store, show the email to the cashier and give the PIN inside it. Spanish and Italian cards exclude outlet stores.
Does the Intimissimi card keep a balance for later?
Yes, on the card itself rather than in an account. It pays in full or in part, and each purchase is deducted. You can split the value across online and in-store shopping until it is used up.
To see what remains, open the balance checker on the Intimissimi gift card page. Choose online or physical card, enter the code and PIN, and pass the captcha. The result shows the balance and the expiry date.
Validity depends on the country. German, French and Italian cards last three years. Spanish cards have no expiry under the terms updated on 16 July 2026. Value left after expiry is not refunded.
Can I turn an Intimissimi e-gift card into a plastic card?
Yes, as long as none of it has been spent online. The German and French terms let you convert an untouched e-gift card into a physical card in a participating store. The converted card then works both online and in stores. Once even part of the value has been used on the website, conversion is no longer possible.
What if Intimissimi refuses my card?
Check the likely cause.
- Different email: the checkout email must match the address that received the e-gift card.
- Second card: online orders accept only one gift card.
- Wrong country: a French card is valid only in France and Italy.
- Outlet store: Spanish cards are not taken in outlets.
- Lost card: it is treated like cash and cannot be blocked or replaced. Spanish and Italian terms make an exception for cards issued online that still hold value.
German e-gift card questions go to [email protected], and Spanish card claims to [email protected]. The Intimissimi contact form handles other requests. For a code bought from us, email [email protected] with your order number.
Frequently asked questions
What happens if I return an item bought with an Intimissimi gift card?
In Spain the refund comes as a 'Tarjeta Abono', a refund card for the same brand. It works online or in non-outlet stores. In Germany, the matching Refund Card works online and in German stores, except factory outlets.
Can I use a German Intimissimi card in Austria?
No. The German terms say a card is valid only in the country where it was activated and in Italy. An Austrian shopper should use a card activated in Austria.
Can I pay for an Intimissimi gift card with crypto?
Yes. A German Intimissimi card or a Spanish card is sold at its euro face value and paid in BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL or LTC. No KYC is asked on orders up to US$1,000, and we deliver the code to your client area within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
