Can I use a UK HomeSense card in Ireland?
No. Homesense UK says a gift card can only be used in the country where it was purchased. Irish cards work at any TK Maxx or Homesense store in the Republic of Ireland and are redeemed in euros only.
The same logic applies across the Atlantic. A US Homesense card is meant for the US, and a Canadian card stays in Canada. Buy the version for the country where the recipient shops.
How many HomeSense gift cards can I use at once?
In the UK, no more than five gift cards in one transaction, and only for merchandise. Purchases are deducted until the balance reaches zero. No change is given, so the remainder stays on the card for future visits.
Check the UK balance in store or online at homesense.com. Items bought with a gift card and returned under the returns policy are refunded onto a gift card. Homesense items must go back to a Homesense store, not TK Maxx.
What if my HomeSense card is lost or declined?
In the UK, the holder is responsible for the card's security, and lost, stolen or damaged cards are not replaced. A declined card is often simply in the wrong country, or already spent.
