Open the Top Up Center
Go to shop.garena.sg and select Free Fire from the game list.
Log in
Enter your Player ID, or log in with the social account linked to your game, such as Facebook or Gmail.
Choose Purchase or Redeem
Purchase lists diamond packages. Redeem takes a Garena Prepaid Card and shows the diamonds each card value buys.
Pick a payment method
Options include Garena Shells and Razer Gold Wallet. Garena shows which methods apply once you select an amount.
Check your history
If anything looks wrong, open your transaction history to see the status of the top-up.
How many diamonds can I buy?
Garena's centre lists packages of 25, 100, 310, 520, 1,060, 2,180, 5,600 and 11,500 diamonds. Under Special Deals it also sells Weekly, Monthly and Weekly Lite memberships. Diamonds are credited to the Player ID you log in with, and they buy items inside Free Fire only.
The Redeem tab works differently. It turns a Garena Prepaid Card into the fixed diamond amount displayed next to each card value.
What does 'account not found' mean?
Garena's system cannot find the Player ID or social account you used. Its FAQ names two causes: a mistyped Player ID, or logging in with the wrong social media account. Check the ID in your game profile, then log in again.
This matters because Garena treats every transaction on shop.garena.sg as final. Its FAQ says no refund is given, even when a user fills in the wrong Player ID or picks the wrong social account.
What if the diamonds do not arrive?
Open your transaction history on shop.garena.sg first. If the status says successful but the top-up has not reached your account, Garena asks you to contact its customer service at garena.sg/support. The FAQ page also links a form for creating a ticket.
