How to redeem a Foot Locker gift card

Redeem a Foot Locker gift card step by step

  1. Use the issuing country's website

    Shop on footlocker.co.uk for a UK card, footlocker.de for a German card, and so on.

  2. Select Gift Card

    At checkout, choose Gift Card as your payment method.

  3. Enter number and PIN

    Type the 16-digit gift card number and the 8-digit PIN, then click Apply.

  4. Add more cards or a promo code

    Up to 5 gift cards fit on one online order, and an eligible promo code can be used alongside.

  5. Pay the rest

    If the cards do not cover the order, finish with another accepted payment method.

Can I use a UK Foot Locker card in Germany?

In a store, yes. Foot Locker says you can use your gift card in any Foot Locker store across Europe. Online, no: gift cards only work on the website of the country where they were issued.

So a UK card bought for a sneakerhead in Berlin still works in German stores, but not on footlocker.de. For online orders, buy the card of the site the recipient uses.

Does a Foot Locker gift card expire?

No. Foot Locker gift cards do not expire and carry no usage fees. They can even cover shipping costs.

Check the balance on Foot Locker's gift card balance page with the card number and PIN, or call free on 0808 234 3293 during business hours. A card cannot buy another gift card, and it cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

Why is my Foot Locker gift card not working?

Foot Locker suggests three checks before contacting Customer Care:

  • Are you on the correct country website? UK cards only work on footlocker.co.uk.
  • Are the 16-digit number and 8-digit PIN typed correctly?
  • Does the card still hold funds? Check the balance.

If it still fails, contact Foot Locker Customer Care. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. Returns paid by gift card are refunded as a new gift card: physical for store returns, digital by email otherwise. If you ordered the code from us, our support address is [email protected].
