A UK card needs a restaurant in England, Scotland or Wales; a French card a restaurant in France; a US card a US location.
Order at the till
In the UK and France, pay at the counter. Digital kiosks are not an option for UK cards.
Present the card
Hand over the plastic card, or show the eGift card's QR code, number and PIN.

US gift cards can also be redeemed at fiveguys.com and in the Five Guys app.
Pay any difference
If the balance runs short, cover the rest with another payment method.
Can I use a Five Guys gift card for delivery or Click & Collect?
Not in the UK or France. Both countries say gift cards and eGift cards cannot be used on Click & Collect or Curbside orders in the app and on the website, or through delivery partners. The UK also excludes its Digital Kiosk and the UK Merch Store.
The cards pay only for Five Guys food and drink at the till. In the US, the terms allow redemption at participating locations, fiveguys.com and the app.
Does a Five Guys gift card expire?
US cards carry no fees and do not expire, except where the law allows. UK cards stay valid until 24 months after their last use. After that, the remaining balance is forfeited.
In the UK, check the balance or reload the card at the till, up to a maximum of £250. You can also swap an eGift card for a plastic card at the till. In the US, check the balance at fiveguys.com/gift-cards or call (877) 729-1815.
What if my Five Guys card is lost or refused?
Five Guys UK does not replace corrupted, lost, stolen, damaged or used cards, and US terms place the risk of loss on the holder. If a card is refused, first check the country and the order channel. A UK card in Northern Ireland, or at a kiosk, will not work.

No. Five Guys UK states its gift cards and eGift cards are not accepted in Northern Ireland.

No. Five Guys France says neither physical nor e-gift cards need activation; you can use them right away.
