Open the right Falconeri shop
Shop on falconeri.de for a German card, or the Italian site for an Italian card.
Pay with the e-gift card
Select the e-gift card at checkout to pay all or part of the order.
In store, show the email
At the till of a participating Falconeri store, present the email you received and state the PIN code it contains.
Check the balance
Ask online on the Falconeri website or in a participating store for the balance and past transactions.
Spend the rest later
The card works for several transactions until the credit is used up.
Do Falconeri gift cards expire?
Not the German e-gift card bought online: Falconeri says it has no expiry date and can be used until the balance is gone. German gift cards bought in a store last 3 years from purchase. Italian cards last 3 years from issue.
None of them carries issue, activation or usage fees. They cannot be reloaded, and no discount or promotion applies when you buy one.
Where does a Falconeri card work?
In its own country. The German e-gift card pays online on falconeri.de and in participating Falconeri shops in Germany. In-store German gift cards exclude outlets and factory sales.
An Italian card works in Italy, where it was activated, and in Austria, again excluding outlets and factory stores. Buy the version of the country where the recipient actually shops at Falconeri.
What if a Falconeri card is lost or not accepted?
The e-gift card belongs to whoever presents it, because it carries no name. If it is stolen, lost or damaged, Falconeri cannot block, replace or refund it, so keep the email safe.
