Redeem an Eneba gift card step by step

Log in to your Eneba account. If you do not have one yet, create it first.
Open Balance
Click the account icon in the upper-right corner of the page and select Balance.
Redeem the code
In the dashboard, choose 'Redeem gift card' on the left, enter the code and click Apply.

Pay with Eneba Wallet

Are there limits on redeeming Eneba gift cards?
Yes, three of them. Eneba gift cards are valid for 12 months after purchase. You can redeem up to €200 per day and €400 per month. And the balance cannot be used to pay for crypto products on Eneba.

Does an Eneba gift card work in any country?
Yes for the wallet itself. Eneba lists its gift cards with the region Global and states that the Eneba Wallet is not region-restricted. The only condition is a registered Eneba account.
Note that Eneba processes wallet payments through Hyperwallet, and a user must register with Hyperwallet to use the Eneba Wallet. Keys you buy with the balance can still carry their own region locks, so check each product's region before you pay.
What if my Eneba code does not redeem?
Check the purchase date against the 12-month validity, and check whether you already hit the daily or monthly redemption cap. If so, wait until the limit resets.
