Add perfume, make-up or skincare on douglas.de or in the Douglas app.
Enter the 17-digit number
Type it into the field 'Gutschein- oder Rabattcode einlösen' and click 'Einlösen'.
Confirm PIN and image code
In the window that opens, the number is filled in for you. Add the 4-digit PIN and the image code.
Stack up to three cards
Douglas accepts up to three gift cards per order. Each value is deducted from your purchase.
Place the order
Until you send the order, you can still remove a card from the basket.
Can I add a Douglas gift card after ordering?
No. Douglas says a gift card cannot be offset after the fact. If your order can still be cancelled, cancel it and place a new one with the gift card applied.
The card is valid for products and beauty services, and can be spent in one go or bit by bit. Douglas uses the balance stored in its systems at the moment you redeem.
How long is a German Douglas card valid?
Three years, starting at the end of the calendar year of purchase. Douglas gives an example: a card bought in April 2020 was valid until 31 December 2023.
Check the balance on Douglas's 'Gutschein abfragen' page. Enter the 17-character number, which starts with 6046550, and the 4-character PIN, then click 'Guthaben abfragen'. The balance earns no interest and is not paid out in cash.
What does a Douglas error message mean?
Usually that the balance is already spent, so check it first on the balance page. If that is not the reason, Douglas customer service answers on 0800 690690 5 or at [email protected].
