Pay the rest
If the card falls short, pay the remainder with Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal or Afterpay.
Can I use a Cotton On Body card at Typo or Factorie?
Yes, in Australia. The card is a Cotton On Group gift card. Its Australian terms list Cotton On, Cotton On Kids, Cotton On Body, Factorie, Typo and Supré.
So a Cotton On Body gift does not lock the recipient into one brand. They can spend it at Typo or Factorie too, as long as they stay in the country where the card was bought. In New Zealand the list is shorter: Cotton On, Cotton On Kids, Cotton On Body and Typo.
Why won't my New Zealand card work online?
Check the first four digits. Cotton On New Zealand states that cards purchased via a third party are not valid online, and those cards begin with '6375'. Spend such a card in a store instead.
In Australia, Cotton On says cards with PINs bought from Cotton On Group stores are valid online and in store. Whatever the country, a card bought there cannot be used elsewhere, because it is only valid in the currency of its country of purchase.
How do I find my Cotton On Body balance?
Add items to your bag, go to checkout and enter the number and PIN in the 'Redeem Gift Card' box. Any balance is applied to the amount owing. You can also message Cotton On through the 'Contact Us' link with the number on the back of the card.
