How long is a Coolblue gift card valid?
It depends on the card. A digital Coolblue gift card is valid for 5 years after the invoice date. Cards with 19 digits last 5 years from purchase, and cards with 12 characters last 3 years.
The exact expiry date is printed on the card or in the email with your code. A digital card's code and PIN also stay available in Mijn Coolblue, next to the order.
How do I check what is left on my Coolblue card?
For a 19-digit card, use Coolblue's balance checker. For a 12-character card, enter the code on the payment method page and the balance appears there.
You can spend the amount in several parts. It is never exchanged for cash. If you cancel or return an order paid with gift cards, the money comes back as CoolblueTegoed. It shows in your account within 3 working days after the return is processed.
Why does Coolblue show an error for my gift card?
Coolblue asks you to check two things on the card or in the code email. Have you reached the minimum order amount? Has the card not expired yet?
If both are fine and the error stays, contact Coolblue customer service. A code ordered through Gifts With Crypto can also be raised with [email protected].
