Redeem a Cheerz gift card step by step

  1. Log in

    Sign in to your Cheerz account on the website or in the mobile app.

  2. Add your creation

    Complete your prints, album or cards and click 'Add to basket' in the top-right corner.

  3. Open the code field

    Website: in the order summary, click 'Add a promo code' and use the small arrow. App: find 'Promo code/Gift card' above delivery costs and tap 'Add'.

  4. Apply the card

    Type the gift card code and press 'Apply'. The amount is calculated and taken off the order automatically.

Can I use a Cheerz gift card and a promo code together?

Not automatically. Cheerz considers gift cards to be promo codes, and only one code can be used per order.

For an exceptional case, email [email protected], explain your situation and include both codes. The team reviews each request case by case. The same address handles an order where you forgot to enter your code: send the order number and the code.

How long is a Cheerz gift card valid?

One year from the date of purchase. That is shorter than many retail cards, so plan your photo book or prints within the year.

If a gift card has already expired, Cheerz asks you to contact [email protected]. Partner promo codes cannot be extended, but gift cards and codes issued by customer service are handled by the team.

What if my Cheerz code is refused?

Cheerz suggests a few checks:

  • typing: watch uppercase and lowercase letters, and zero versus the letter O;
  • expiry: is the code still valid?
  • basket: does your order meet the code's conditions?
  • another code: is a promo code already applied? Only one fits.
