Redeem a Campanyon gift card step by step
Find your stay
Pick a cabin, glamping site or other location on Campanyon and choose your dates.
Open the gift card field
At checkout, click 'Have a promo code/gift card? Redeem'.
Apply the code
Type the gift card code and apply the balance to the booking.
Add more cards
Holding several cards? Apply the first one, then repeat the process for each additional card.
Settle the difference
If the stay costs more than your balance, pay the rest with your preferred payment method.
What happens to unused Campanyon credit?
It stays on the card. When a booking costs less than the balance, Campanyon keeps the remainder on your gift card for a future stay. Check what is left with the 'Check gift card balance' link on the gift card page.
There is no limit to the amount a gift card balance can hold. Gift cards can be used at all locations on Campanyon.
Can I get money back on a Campanyon gift card?
Yes, while the card is active and still has a balance. Contact Campanyon's Support Heroes with the gift card code, your name, address, IBAN and SWIFT/BIC. Norwegian customers only need an account number.
A fee of 1.5% of the amount covers payment and transaction costs. Buying a card carries no extra fee.
Why won't my Campanyon code work?
Check three things. First, a gift card cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotional offers. Second, cards bought before 1 December 2024 keep their original expiry date; if an older card still shows one, send the code to support. Third, Campanyon may cancel a card if it suspects fraud.
