How do I merge two Boozt credit codes?
Boozt accepts only one store credit code per order. If you hold two, combine them into a single code in your My Boozt account first.
This limit concerns store credit, such as the codes issued after a return. Boozt's Danish purchase terms separately allow several gift cards on one purchase, and gift cards as part payment. Whatever you use, add it before you order, because Boozt cannot add a gift card to an order afterwards.
How long does a Boozt gift card last?
It depends which Boozt text you read. The gift card help page says cards sold through its gift card partner are valid for three years from the issue date. The Danish purchase terms say Boozt gift cards are valid for two years.
Use the card within two years to stay inside both. Until then, any amount above an order's total stays on the card. A gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
Who do I contact if Boozt rejects my gift card?
Boozt's own advice is to use chat, the fastest way to reach its support team. Outside opening hours, a chatbot is online around the clock.
If you return items bought with a gift card, a new gift card code arrives once the return is processed. Its balance depends on whether the order was paid fully or partly with the card. Codes ordered from Gifts With Crypto are supported at [email protected].
