Redeem an Apparel Gift Card step by step
Pick an Apparel Group store
Choose a UAE store run by Apparel Group, such as ALDO, Charles & Keith, Skechers or Dune London. Tim Hortons does not take the card.
Shop as usual
Bring your items to the till. Apparel Group says redemption has no limitations, so you can spend part of the balance and keep the rest.
Present the card
Hand over the Apparel Gift Card as payment. It is charged in the local currency the card is denominated in.
Add your CLUB AIVI number
Give the mobile number registered with CLUB AIVI, the programme formerly called Club Apparel, to collect points on the amount you redeem.
Keep the receipt
The receipt shows the remaining balance and the card's validity date.
Which brands accept the Apparel Gift Card?
Every Apparel Group store in the UAE except Tim Hortons, more than 500 in total. Apparel Group's brand directory lists the Gulf names most shoppers buy the card for:
- Footwear: ALDO, Call It Spring, Charles & Keith, Dune London, Hush Puppies, Skechers and Athlete's Co
- Bags and accessories: ALDO and Herschel
- Fashion: Beverly Hills Polo Club
The directory also covers cosmetics, kids, department stores and dining. One card can pay for trainers at Skechers and a backpack at Herschel, as long as both fall within the six-month validity.
How long does the balance last, and can I move it?
Each voucher on the card is valid for six months from the date of purchase or top-up. The minimum top-up is AED 50. Value loaded on one Apparel Gift Card cannot be moved to another, and it is never paid out in cash.
Refunds go back to the original form of payment, so an item bought with the card is refunded to the card. You must present the card for the refund transaction. Apparel Group accepts no liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards, so treat the card like cash.
What if the till will not accept my card?
Four checks cover most Apparel Gift Card refusals.
- Tim Hortons: it is the one Apparel Group brand that refuses the card.
- Wrong currency: the card pays only in the currency it is denominated in, so a dirham card belongs in UAE stores.
- Expired voucher: look at the validity date on your last receipt; each top-up lapses six months after it was loaded.
- No balance left: the receipt from your previous purchase shows what remains.

Do I earn CLUB AIVI points with an Apparel Gift Card?
Yes, when you spend it. CLUB AIVI's terms say no points are awarded on buying an Apparel Gift Card, but points may be earned when redeeming it. Members join through the AIVI app or with a mobile number at the till.
Is there a separate gift card for ALDO, Charles & Keith or Skechers?
