Why does Aéropostale say 'Invalid Gift Card and/or PIN'?
That message appears when the number or PIN does not match. Retype both slowly, because a scratched coating can make digits hard to read.
The balance form also needs the reCAPTCHA step before it will answer. A correct entry shows 'Your gift card has a balance of' followed by the amount. Use the same form after each purchase to see how much is left on the card.
What do I do if an Aéropostale card is lost or stolen?
Report it on Aéropostale's 'Report Lost or Stolen Gift Card' form. It asks for your name, address, phone and email. You can add the last four digits of the card, the card amount and the original transaction details.
