How to redeem an adidas gift card

Is adidas gift card value kept for later?

Yes, on the card itself. adidas deducts each purchase and keeps the remaining value for your next order. No change is given in stores.

You apply the card at checkout each time, so store the number and PIN safely. US shoppers can view the balance in their adidas.com account or add the card to Apple Wallet. UK shoppers can check it in a store or on the adidas balance page linked in the UK terms.

Returns of online orders paid by gift card are credited back to the card. If you also paid another way, adidas UK refunds that method first.

Can I use an adidas gift card abroad?

No. adidas UK states you can only redeem the card in the same country where it was purchased. The UK card spends in pounds on adidas.co.uk and in participating UK stores, which adidas lists from Oxford Street to Banbridge.

The same single-country rule runs through the German, Austrian, Irish and Polish terms. US cards cover adidas.com, the adidas and Confirmed apps and US adidas stores. Canadian cards stay in Canada.

What if my adidas code does not work?

Work through the likely causes.

• Wrong digits: enter all 19 digits of the number plus the 4-digit PIN.
• Too many cards: adidas accepts a maximum of five gift cards on one order.
• Blocked product: US cards cannot pay for Yeezy drops, other limited-edition drops or another gift card.
• Wrong country: a German card is refused on adidas.co.uk.
• Not delivered yet: adidas US says eGift cards arrive within 2 hours of purchase. UK eGift cards activate when they are emailed.
