## Which countries are paused?

New orders are paused for gift cards of Türkiye, Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand. These cards cannot be bought until the pause ends; any change will be dated in the [changelog](https://giftswithcrypto.com/changelog/). Cards for other countries in the [catalogue](https://giftswithcrypto.com/gift-cards/) are open for orders.

## Which payment networks are working?

All seven routes are open: Bitcoin, Tron (TRC-20), Ethereum (ERC-20 for USDT and USDC, plus native ETH), Solana and Litecoin. Lightning is not accepted. Each route has its own [payment guide](https://giftswithcrypto.com/crypto-payments/) with confirmations and typical fees.

## My order is late. What should I do?

If 24 hours have passed since your payment was confirmed and the code is not in My cards, email [support@giftswithcrypto.com](mailto:support@giftswithcrypto.com) with the order reference. If we cannot deliver, we refund the full order amount in the coin you paid: see the [refund policy](https://giftswithcrypto.com/refunds/).

## What does my order status mean?

- **Awaiting payment:** the invoice is open for 30 minutes. Send the exact amount shown, on the network shown.
- **Payment quote expired:** the 30 minutes have passed. Do not send to that invoice; start a new order from your cart. If you already paid, keep the order open and write to support.
- **Payment confirmed:** your payment reached the required confirmations and your codes are being prepared.
- **Delivered:** your codes are in My cards, where you reveal them when you are ready to redeem.
- **Refund pending / Refunded:** the order could not be delivered and the full amount is being, or has been, returned in the coin you paid.
