If Gifts With Crypto cannot deliver a gift card after your payment is confirmed, you get a full refund in the same crypto. We send the full order amount, in the coin you paid, to an address you give us. A delivered code that is valid cannot be refunded, because a code cannot be returned. If a code does not work, email support@giftswithcrypto.com with your order reference; we reply within 24 hours.

## When do I get a full refund?

You get a full refund when your payment is confirmed and we cannot deliver the code. We never swap your card for another brand, country or value without your agreement. We send the full order amount in the coin you paid: BTC back in BTC, USDT back in USDT.

## Why is a delivered code not refundable?

A gift card code is value in itself. Once it is shown in My cards, anyone who sees it can redeem it, so it cannot be taken back. Check the card's country and currency against the recipient's account before you pay.
