On step 3, the payment page, type the 10- or 16-digit number into Pay with a Gift Card and submit. A Swarovski card redeems only in the country that issued it or in countries using the same currency. Help sits in the Gift Cards & Voucher FAQs on swarovski.com. ## Redeem a Swarovski gift card step by step 1. **Fill your shopping bag** — Add the pieces you want on the Swarovski site that sells in your card's currency, then open the shopping bag. 2. **Add extras and vouchers** — Add a gift bag or greeting card if you like. A discount voucher goes in the Enter promo code field on this bag page. 3. **Check out** — Click Check-Out, choose a delivery option and enter your billing and shipping addresses. 4. **Enter the gift card** — On checkout step 3, type the gift card number into the Pay with a Gift Card field and submit. 5. **Review the total** — The price in your shopping bag adjusts to reflect the card. Finish the order once the total looks right. ## Do I use a Swarovski gift card at checkout or in my account? At checkout. Swarovski's steps have you type the card number on the payment page, step 3, of each order. To see what is left afterwards, open the [Swarovski gift card page](https://www.swarovski.com/en-US/s-giftcardbuy), scroll to Already have a Gift Card and click Check balance. Enter the card number to see the balance and the transactions made with the card. Holding two cards? Swarovski lets you merge up to two gift cards into one on the payment page during checkout. ## Does a euro Swarovski gift card work across Europe? Yes, within the euro area. Swarovski gift cards redeem in the issuing country or in countries using the same currency. A [German card](https://giftswithcrypto.com/gift-cards/swarovski/germany/) therefore also suits shoppers on the French or Belgian site. Pounds, Danish kroner and Swedish kronor are not shared, so UK, Danish and Swedish cards stay in their own country. US cards follow the same rule in dollars and also work in selected Swarovski stores. ## What if my Swarovski gift card is not accepted? Most failures come from using the wrong field. Gift cards contain numbers only and belong on checkout step 3, the payment page. Discount and money-off vouchers can mix letters and numbers, and they go in the shopping bag instead. Confirm you typed all 10 or 16 digits correctly. Then check the currency, because a card from another currency zone will not redeem. If it still fails, reach the team through [Swarovski Contact Us](https://www.swarovski.com/en-US/contact) or the customer service chat. Got your Swarovski code from us? Our support team at support@giftswithcrypto.com will look into it with your order number. ## Frequently asked questions ### Do Swarovski gift cards expire? Not in the US.
