In an Etam store in mainland France or Corsica, show the e-card on your phone or a printout at the till. Etam's sales terms at etam.com/popin_CGV.html give 12 months of validity, and only one e-gift card can be used per online purchase. ## Redeem an Etam gift card step by step 1. **Fill your basket** — Add lingerie, nightwear or ready-to-wear on etam.com. 2. **Choose the gift card at payment** — Select the 'Carte Cadeau ETAM' option among the payment methods. 3. **Type 19 digits and PIN** — Enter the card number and PIN. On a physical card, the PIN appears after scratching the dedicated area. 4. **Pay the remainder** — Top up with a bank card, PayPal or Lydia if the order costs more than the balance. 5. **Or pay in store** — Show the e-gift card on paper or on your mobile at the till of any Etam store in mainland France or Corsica. ## Can I use an Etam card in several purchases? Yes. Etam's terms say the card can be used once or several times until its credit runs out, and topped up with any other payment method. Check the balance on etam.com or in an Etam store. Online, one rule matters: using several e-gift cards for the same purchase is not allowed on the website. If you hold two, spend them on separate orders, or use them in a store. ## When does an Etam gift card expire? Twelve months after Etam emails it to the recipient. A card bought in a store counts from its purchase date. Etam may schedule the email anywhere from 2 hours to 6 months after purchase, so the clock starts at delivery. After expiry, any remaining amount is lost, with no replacement or refund. The same applies if the card is lost, stolen or hacked, because Etam accepts no stop on a card and does not check the user's identity. ## What if Etam refuses my gift card? Check the date first, then the 19 digits and PIN. Make sure you are not adding a second e-card to the same online order. Refunds follow strict rules. A store purchase paid by gift card can only be exchanged or refunded with a new gift card. An online purchase paid by e-card is refunded as a new e-card, sent to the email on the order. For anything else, use the 'Nous contacter' section of etam.com. A code ordered from us is supported at support@giftswithcrypto.com. ## Frequently asked questions ### Where can I use an Etam gift card?
